Refunds & Returns Policy – BLYNK Supplements

At BLYNK Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@blynksupplements.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Contact us at support@blynksupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used supplement bottles

  • Items purchased outside of our official website
